gpwin Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the gpwin platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing a wager;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from gpwin or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion arrangement.

gpwin employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and may conduct additional verification checks at any time. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of gpwin services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete;
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds;

2.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

gpwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

gpwin supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya e-wallets;
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank;
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your gpwin account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. gpwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, subject to KYC verification. gpwin reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

3.3 Responsible Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. gpwin encourages all players to use these tools as part of responsible gaming practice. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

gpwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gpwin platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward gpwin staff or other players.

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on gpwin are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Random number generator (RNG) based games on gpwin use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are conducted using real equipment and real dealers streamed in real time — outcomes are not digitally manipulated.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, gpwin will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, wagers placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. gpwin's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the gpwin platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of gpwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the gpwin platform without prior written consent from gpwin. Unauthorized use of gpwin's intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gpwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond gpwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God;
• The conduct of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service providers.

gpwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gpwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the gpwin platform, you should first contact gpwin's customer support team via live chat or email. gpwin will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to gpwin's formal dispute resolution process by submitting a written complaint to the address provided in Section 12. gpwin will respond to formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11. Amendments to These Terms

gpwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gpwin will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gpwin platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.
